PESHAWAR, Oct 20: The Mazdoor Kisan Party has expressed concern at the continuing air strikes on Afghanistan.
Talking to Dawn by telephone, MKP President Fatehyab Ali Khan said that no mindful human being could tolerate indiscriminate bombing on civilian population. Despite all the claims made by the US, media had reported hundreds of civilian deaths, he added.
He said his party would observe the death anniversary of MKP founder Mohammad Afzal Bangash on Oct 28 at Mandani Behram Dehri in Mardan.
Party workers from Bajaur, Swat, Kohat, Mohmand and Dir would arrive in Peshawar on Oct 27 and hold a peaceful rally. They would leave for Mandani on Oct 28.
