KARACHI, March 1: Residents of Sector 11-E, UP Society, North Nazimabad Town, have protested the Revenue Department’s decision to install cabins along the wall of Government Girls Secondary School in the area.

They complained that with installation of the cabins, movement of girl students to and from the school would be badly affected as a large number of unwanted people would visit the stalls.

The department is allotting these cabins for Rs60,000 each which will bring no significant revenue to the city government, but the residents, particularly the female students, will suffer immense hardships.

The residents urged the authorities to immediately stop installation of these cabins.—PPI
