HYDERABAD: Criminal assault

HYDERABAD, Feb 28: A 17-year-old girl was subjected to criminal assault by one Hussain Bux Chandio in Qadir Nagar, Qasimabad, on Wednesday.

The girl’s father, M. Hashim, lodged an FIR with the Qasimabad police station, accusing Chandio of sexually assaulting his daughter, whose medical examination had been conducted.

The medical report certified the charges.

The accused remains absconding.—Correspondent
