ISLAMABAD, May 1: The government on Tuesday terminated the services of five Pakistan Post officials on charges of corruption, intolerance and wrongdoings.
Besides, disciplinary action was taken against twenty- eight other officials.
The Pakistan Post said during the last two years, complaints had been received against 34 officials on account of corruption, intolerance and wrongdoings.
The five sacked officials were: senior post master Lahore Ali Ahmed, senior post master Charsadda Gul Mohammad, assistant director Nazir Ahmed Chugtai, senior post master Attock Abdur Rehman and former DSPS Kohat Arshad Habib. — Online
