KARACHI, April 20: Three people were killed in various localities of the city on Friday.

A man was shot dead by robbers in Khawaja Ajmer Nagri.

Police said bandits broke into the house of Mohammad Sadiq, 40, in Khawaja Ajmer Nagri, and started looting cash and valuables. As Sadiq resisted, they shot him and fled with the loot. Sadiq suffered fatal bullet wounds and died.

A man of Afghan origin was sprayed with bullets in Landhi.

Police said Moosa Mujeeb, 22, was intercepted by gunmen when he came out of a mosque. They pumped multiple bullets into the victim’s body and fled.

In Pirabad, a man was electrocuted to death.

Police said Raaz Khan, resident of Baldia Town, purchased a house in Pirabad after returning from Saudi Arabia. His friends Faquir Mohammad and Nazeer wanted to usurp his wealth. They first poisoned Raaz and later electrocuted him to death. Police arrested Nazeer while hunt for Faquir Mohammad was in progress.
