KHAIRPUR, Jan 20: The Sindh Cultural Organisation celebrated the 77th birth anniversary of renowned poet Ustad Bukhari at the press club. Jilani Union Council Nazim Syed Aqeel Hyder Shah said that late Bukhari had made remarkable contribution to Seraiki poetry besides Sindhi. He announced that the district government would celebrate the late Bukhari birth anniversary from next year and a public holiday would be declared on that day in the district.—Correspondent
