SUKKUR, Jan 12: Two men were killed and two injured when a sugarcane-laden tractor trolley overturned near Mureed Shakh in the vicinity of Daharki on Friday. Mohammad Nawaz Chachar, Mohammad Ibrahim Chachar, Noor Hassan and Yasin Chachar were going to Mureed Shakh on a tractor trolley loaded with sugarcane when it overturned while overtaking a truck.

As a result, Mohammad Nawaz Chachar and Mohammad Ibrahim Chachar died on the spot and Noor Hassan and Yasin Chachar were injured. They were taken to a Rahim Yar Khan hospital in critical condition.

Meanwhile, a man was deprived of his car by armed robbers at Pano Akil bypass near Sukkur on Friday.

Muneer Bhutto, resident of Daharki, was going to his hometown from Rohri in a car. On the way, four men stopped him and requested for lift to Pano Akil which was accepted by him.

When the car reached the bypass, the men took out weapons and drove away the car to Ghotki, leaving Mr Bhutto behind.No case was registered till the filing of this report.
