KARACHI, Feb 14: The Sindh High Court on Thursday admitted a constitutional petition challenging the induction of serving army officers in the proposed anti-terrorism courts.
The petition has been moved by Sindh High Court Bar Association chief praying to the court to declare the amendments to sections 13, 14, 15, 16, 21 and 28 of the Anti-Terrorism (Amendment) Ordinance, 2002, void and inoperative.
