KARACHI, Sept 27: Hurricane knocks by Wasim Naeem and Asif Hussain enabled M. Tex Sports crush Cantt Sports by 58 runs in the 21st Karachi Gymkhana AKD Ramazan cricket tournament at the KG Ground on Wednesday.

Wasim hit 76 off 42 balls with the help of seven fours and four sixes and Asif struck five boundaries and brace of sixes in his unbeaten 65 as M. Tex Sports reached 198 for six in 20 overs.

Cantt Sports limped to 140 for eight in reply. Slow left-armers Fawwad Alam (3-29) and Imran Khalid (2-25) took the bowling honours.
