Solvent oil: duty structure

ISLAMABAD, Feb 13: The government has clarified duty structure on local supply of solvent oil.

CBR issued a notification here on Wednesday by amending SRO456 dated June 13, 1996.

The notification reads as “the federal government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its notification No SRO456: in the aforesaid notification, in the table, in column (1)-for heading number 2710.0039 and the following shall be substituted, namely- 2710.0039-solvent oil (non-composite)-nine rupees per litre, other- eighty eight paisa per litre and against heading number 3814.0000, in column (2), in clause (i) after the word “oil” the brackets and word “(composite)” shall be added.
