LAHORE, Sept 20: Two children died and three fell unconscious after taking poisonous food in Naseerabad here on Wednesday. Police said Amil, 5, Amna, 3, Umme Kalsoom, 9, Fatima, 14, and Tahira, 2, children of labourer Maqbool took food at home. Their condition deteriorated immediately after that. They were rushed to the Children Hospital where Adil and Amna were pronounced dead.

Robbers kill woman: Two robbers shot dead a woman over resistance in North Cantonment.

Insha (55) along with her husband, Sardar Asif, was on her way back home by a car when two robbers intercepted them at the gate of their house.

On resistnace, they opened fire on Insha killing her on the spot.
