RAWALPINDI, July 20: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) Rawalpindi arrested two foreign women from Islamabad International Airport and seized seven kg of heroin from them, the authorities said.

The ANF staff spotted a woman, later identified as Kanchanaphon Chen Chunwithan, from Thailand holding passport no M-414534 acting suspiciously during the check-in of passengers of Emirates Airline flight (EK-615).

During search, the ANF staff found 3.5kg of heroin from her suitcase and seized 120 Thailand Baths.

In another move, the ANF arrested an Indonesian woman identified as Turipan after recovering 3.5kg of heroin and 90,000 Indonesian rupees from her. She was about to board Thai Airline flight (TG-510).
