KARACHI, July 12: Chief Minister Arbab Rahim has said that there is no political crisis in the province. However, there are people who neither work themselves, nor they like to see others working for public welfare.
The chief minister, who returned from Islamabad after attending an official meeting with President Musharraf, was talking to a group of journalists at the PML House in KDA Scheme-No 1. Before talking to the press, he addressed the party function held on the last day of the membership drive launched last month.
To a question, he said there were people who did not like a strong PML and created issues one after another.
He said if a need was felt to make adjustment in the portfolios of PML ministers, the decision would be made only after consultation. He hinted at the further expansion in the cabinet.
Dr Arbab said certain people had eyes on the revenue department, but he would keep the department with him.
About his visit to Islamabad, he said whenever he had gone there, some people started talking about changes and the crisis.
