KINGSTON, July 6: Jamaica's football bosses insisted on Thursday they have not opened talks with Sven Goran Eriksson over their vacant coaching position.
Eriksson is looking for a new job after stepping down as England manager and reports in the English media claimed he had been offered three million pounds per year to take charge of the Caribbean island's team.
But Jamaica's Football Federation president Crenston Boxhill is adamant his organisation has had no contact with the Swede.—AFP
