KSE index falls by 363 points

KARACHI, June 27: The bearish trend continued to ruin the local capital market as the Karachi Stock Exchange-100 index finished 3.86 per cent down on Tuesday at a loss of 363.08 points to 9041.62.

Out of 325 active companies, only 49 booked gains, 252 suffered losses and 24 managed to close at their opening rates on a turnover of 150.964 million shares worth Rs13.800 billion backed by a market capital of Rs2544.951 billion. —APP
