KARACHI, Feb 8: Sheikhupura batted themselves into a strong position on the second day of the Quaid Trophy Grade-I match against Rawalpindi at Sheikhupura Stadium Friday.

Saleem Mughal hit 11 fours in scoring 74 off 137 balls while opener Mohammad Azam made a solid 52 off 177 balls with five fours as Sheikhupura closed the second day at 312 for five in reply to Rawalpindi’s 235.
