KARACHI, June 10: The Dow University of Health Sciences - Karachi has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research for joint research and development schemes.

Sources in the Dow varsity on Saturday giving details of the MoU said that both organisations will collaborate with each other in making medical education and healthcare research activities extensively meaningful.

The MoU was signed by Prof Masood Hameed Khan, Vice-Chancellor of Dow varsity, and Dr Tanzil Haider Usmani, Director General, PCSIR - Karachi.

After the ceremony, the DUHS VC visited different departments of the complex. He also identified fields of mutual interest.—APP
