LAHORE: The central Punjab chapter of the PPP observed slain party chairperson Benazir Bhutto’s 72nd birth anniversary here on Sunday. A 60-pound cake was also cut on the occasion.
Chairman Bhutto Legacy Foundation Bashir Riaz, Mian Misbahur Rehman, Chaudhry Aslam Gul, Naveed Chaudhry, Usman Malik, Faisal Mir, Asif Hashmi, Chaudhry Akhtar, Dr. Ayesha Shaukat, Mrs. Nasira Shaukat, Shahida Jabeen, Jahan Ara Wattoo, Mian Ayub and others were present on the occasion.
The participants raised slogans of Zinda Hai Bhutto Zinda Hai while party anthems were also played during the ceremony.
