Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly competent Project Manager to lead the construction and commissioning of a new production facility in Faisalabad. This is a contractual role for a period of 36 months (extendable as per requirement), with responsibility for overseeing the project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end management of the new plant construction and commissioning project.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Architects, Consultants, Contractors & Subcontractors, Engineering, Procurement, QHSE, and Operations.
  • Collaborate & secure necessary permissions / documentation with Govt. bodies as required.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure timely execution of all project milestones while managing risks and resolving issues proactively.
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and consultants for procurement, construction, and technical services.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality control.
  • Maintain effective communication with top management and provide periodic progress reports.
  • Ensure that the project complies with all regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent qualification from a reputable institute (Engineering / Finance / General Management preferred).
  • 8-10 years of solid experience in Project Management, preferably within industrial plant construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction practices, industrial safety standards, and project budgeting.
  • Proficiency in project management tools/software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
