Our Client, a leading Asset Management Company, operating in Pakistan is currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced professionals and staff for the following positions:

HEAD OF SALES (NATIONAL)

• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire sales.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in funds.
• To plan and execute strategic retail and institutional sales through country-wide branch network to meet sales target.
• MBA / Graduate from HEC approved university.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience of working in Asset Management Company or Financial Institution.

HEAD OF MARKETING, PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & INVESTORS SERVICES

• To develop marketing strategy and plan to promote sales of funds.
• To analyze market competition and develop new products catering to investors need.
• MBA / Graduate from HEC approved university.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience of working in Asset Management Company or Financial Institution.

FUND MANAGERS - EQUITY / FIXED INCOME / MONEY MARKET / VPS

• Experience in managing portfolio of Conventional / Islamic Funds & VPS.
• Good understanding and analytical / valuation skills of Equities and Fixed Income instruments.
• Adequate knowledge of market, trading and settlement system.
• Master Degree preferably in Finance / Commerce from a recognized institute. CFA will be an added advantage.
• At least 2 years experience in relevant area preferably in AMC or other financial institutions.

MANAGER LEGAL / SENIOR LAW OFFICER

• To coordinate with legal counsels for ensuing and pending litigation, court hearings and other corporate legal matters.
• Able to draft and review agreements, contracts, MoUs and other legal documents.
• To prepare, draft, present legal opinions, letters and memoranda on all sorts of corporate matters.
• Minimum LLB preferably LLM degree from HEC recognized university with 5 years of practice experience.

MANAGER SALES / MARKETING OFFICER (Male / Female) (For Karachi, Sukkur, Quetta, Lahore, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Multan, Sargodha, Sialkot, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Abbottabad and Mirpur A.K)

• Strong ability to drive sales growth (Retail and Institutional) in funds.
• Established relationship with Corporates and High Net-worth Individuals.
• Minimum Graduate preferably MBA from HEC approved university.
• Experience of working in Mutual Fund Industry or financial institution for at least 2 years.

MANAGER - RISK MANAGEMENT

• To design and implement an overall risk management process for the organization with analysis of financial impact on the funds at time risk emerges.
• To provide periodic risk reviews to Fund Management Team for local investments. To provide risk simulations to capture real time volatility in stock markets.
• To provide proactive / independent insight of Fund Managers risk taking activities in the capital markets.
• MBA / Master’s degree from HEC approved university preferably a certified FRM ( Financial Risk Manager ) with 5 years experience of working in any Asset Management Company or Financial Institution.
