KARACHI: KBCA’s action

KARACHI, April 27: The Karachi Building Control Authority has cancelled the NOC for sale and advertisement of the Gulshan-i-Quddoos project in Malir.

The authority also sealed the booking office of another project, Al-Rauf City, in Surjani besides demolishing and sealing many other illegal structures in the city.

According to details, the KBCA, on the complaints of allottees regarding non-completion of the project in stipulated time, cancelled the NOC of Gulshan-i-Quddoos situated at Survey nos 475, 476, 477, 498, 498, 499 and 718 in Deh Thano Tapo, Malir.

It also sealed off the booking office of Al-Rauf City at shop no-4, Block 13/C, Gulshan-i-Iqbal. The KBCA has advised the public not to get involved in any kind of transaction regarding the projects.—PPI
