KARACHI: Judgment reserved

KARACHI, April 21: An appellate bench of the Sindh High Court (SHC) comprising Justice Rehmat Hussain Jafferi and Justice Ali Saindino Metlo on Friday reserved order on bail plea by an accused involved in possession of 10kg charas.

Said Mast moved the bail plea maintaining that his name was not nominated in the FIR or in the charge sheet but subsequently he was roped in whereas according to the prosecution he was present in the truck from which the charas was found.—APP
