Woman killed in accident

LAHORE: A woman was killed when a speeding truck hit her on Multan Road.

Police said a motorcyclist carrying the woman was travelling when a speeding truck hit them. The driver abandoned the vehicle on the road and fled the scene.

The motorcyclist fell to the ground, and the woman sustained critical injuries. She was taken to a nearby hospital, where she did not survive.

Police shifted the body to the morgue and started their investigation.
