SIALKOT, March 12: Four children were injured seriously after falling from roof-tops of their houses while flying and catching kites in separate incidents here on Sunday in the city.

The injured identified as Shehzad (12), Akram (15), Naveed (10) and Imran (8) have been admitted to hospitals where their condition is stated to be critical.

Meanwhile, police have arrested 12 more shopkeepers during its drive against the sale of prohibited thread.

Some of them have been identified as Sheikh Shahid, Zulfiqar, Mudassar, Irfan, Hafeez, Waqar and Waris.

Police have registered separate cases against them and sent the accused behind the bars.

TOBA TEK SINGH: City police arrested 11 kite flyers from various localities for violating kite ban. They include Tanweer, Yasin, Ibrahim, Ramzan, Mohsin, Ali Raza, Shahid, Shujaat, Tahir, Zeeshan and Saeed.
