ISLAMABAD, Feb 26: Federal Minister of Tourism Dr Ghazi Gulab Jamal on Sunday said Pakistan and Turkey had agreed to cooperate and support each other in the promotion of tourism and take necessary steps to increase mutual tourist flow between their countries.

This was decided in the third meeting of Pakistan-Turkish Joint Commission on Tourism held in Turkey, says a press release issued on Sunday.

The minister said both countries would take measures to enhance cooperation between Travel Agencies Association and other professional tourism institutions and associations operating in both countries.

He said both countries would also exchange the available information and experiences in the field of tourism promotion, planning and marketing activities.—Our Reporter
