Mr Sri Prakasa’s letters were addressed to Messrs Abul Kalam Azad, Jairamdas Daulatram, and Vallabhbhai Patel, while Mr Nusserwanji’s letters were addressed to Dr John Mathai and Mr Mohanlal Saxena. In recommending the employment of Parasram by the Government of India, Mr Sri Prakasa said that Parasram would be “an asset to the Defence Department of the Government of India”.
