KHOKHRAPAR, Jan 29: Opposition leader in Indian Rajya Sabha and former minister for external affairs Jaswant Singh will arrive here on Monday (today) by train through Khokhrapar-Munabao border along with an 80-member delegation for a week-long visit to Pakistan.

The delegation comprises journalists, representatives of NGOs and politicians.

Mr Singh would be accompanied by Sher Muhammad Nuhri — a close relative of Sindh Chief Minister Dr Arbab Ghulam Rahim, head of the Ghosia Jamaat in the Rajasthan Province Sher Muhammad Sandh and a member of the Rajhastan Assembly Moulvi Taj Muhammad Arisar.

A meeting was held here on Sunday at the Chore Cantonment between Col Basharat Ali Commander of the Chore Cantonment, district nazim of Umerkot Faqeer Maghan Mangrio, DCO Umerkot Mushtaque Ahmad Shaikh, DPO Lal Muhammad Abro and other officers concerned.

The meeting finalised arrangements for welcoming the Indian delegation.— APP
