MANSEHRA: The police have booked 71 leaders and workers of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf for blocking the Karakoram Highway on March 14.

The FIR, however, mentioned the names of only seven persons.

The FIR, which is lodged under sections 431, 341, 147 and 149 of PPC, stated that the KKH was blocked in breach of the Section 144 of CrPC, inconveniencing motorists.

Those directly charged included divisional president of PTI Youth Wing Basit Mir, Ajmal Khan, Rizwan Shah, Shahid Rafique, Taimur Khan, Basharat Yusufzai and Naeem Khan.
