ISLAMABAD: Students displayed their utmost passion and enthusiastically participated in various sports and activities, putting on a brilliant show for audience at a school in the capital.

Beaconhouse (F-10-4 - Early Years and Lower Primary Branch) arranged a spellbinding sports day titled FIFA Champs, featuring a series of stellar athletic performances which created a mesmerising spectacle. The young karate masters and gymnasts kept the audience hooked, expressing agility and flexibility in their performance, swan/bridge making, front roll under the fire ring and so on.

The school management ensured 100pc participation from students with performances and races. Winners of the races were awarded with medals based on their rankings, and all participants were presented with special medals as a symbol of acknowledgement for their efforts.

The event was attended by Regional Director Khwaja Haider Latif and Regional Human Resources Manager Tania Zuberi as well as famous people from a sports-based background including Syeda Mahpara (national football goalkeeper) and referee and coach Yasir Rehman (FIFA).
