OKARA: Three people were killed in two accidents in Okara.
On Dipalpur-Kasur Road near Naqi Nagar, a bus hit a motorcycle, leaving Muhammad Asghar and Usman dead while another pillion, Abubakar, was injured.
Rescue 1122 shifted him to the Hujra Shah Rural Health Centre.
On the report of Muhammad Bashir, the Hujra Shah Muqeem police registered a case against bus driver Waqar and conductor Naveed Bith under sections 302 and 34 of the Pakistan Penal Code. The police impounded the vehicle.
On the same road near Mauza Meer Amanullah, a truck hit motorcyclist Muhammad Afzal, who died at the scene. The driver fled. The City Dipalpur police impounded the truck.
