Two SHOs suspended

MARDAN: Mardan division DIG Mohammad Ali Khan has suspended two SHOs on public complaints. He also ordered an acting DSP to report to the regional police lines.

A notification issued by the DIG office stated that the suspended police officers were identified as Gul Malik Khan, SHO of Chora police station, and Iltaf Hussain, SHO of Chota Lahor police station in Swabi.

It said Mr Shahinshah, acting deputy superintendent of traffic police, was ordered to report to the regional police lines.

Police sources said people of relevant areas had complained to DIG Mohammad Ali Khan against the police officers.
