KHUZDAR: A senior leader of the ruling Balochistan Awami Party (BAP), Noor Ahmed Bangulzai, was gunned down in Mastung town on Saturday.
Police said Mr Bangulzai was targeted by armed motorcyclists near Civil Hospital when he was going home. He died on the spot. The attackers managed to escape.
Police rushed to the crime scene and shifted the body to the hospital.
The body was handed over to the family after completing medico-legal formalities.
The police have registered a case against unidentified attackers.
