LAHORE: The government on Friday transferred and posted six additional secretaries and two deputy secretaries at the chief minister’s office.

According to a notification, additional secretary (IPC), I&C wing of S&GAD, Sumaira Farooq, AS finance department Zeeshan Shabbir Rana, Multan deputy commissioner (on officiating basis) Aamir Karim Khan, acting charge basis AS (prisons) home department Dr Muhammad Waheed Asghar Bhatti, AS (welfare) S&GAD Mubeen Illahi and Khushab Deputy Commissioner Aurangzeb Haider Khan have been posted as additional secretaries at chief minister’s office against vacant posts.

Mianwali Deputy Commissioner Khurram Shahzad and deputy secretary (welfare) S&GAD Muhammad Tasleem Akhtar Rao have been transferred and posted as deputy secretaries.

Additional secretary CM office Farvah Aamir has been transferred and posted as additional secretary home department against a vacant post.

Deputy secretary CM office Muhammad Zeeshan Hanif has been transferred and posted as deputy secretary (welfare) S&GAD against a vacant post. Deputy secretary CM office Khurram Aziz has been transferred and directed to report to the S&GAD for further orders.

Deputy Secretary CM office Tahir Mahmood has been transferred and directed to report to the Establishment Division for further orders. He is also relieved of his duties in the Punjab government forthwith.

Additional secretary (judicial) home department Taseer Ahmad has been transferred and posted as additional secretary youth affairs and sports department against a vacant post.

Awaiting posting in S&GAD, Syed Hasan Raza has been posted as additional secretary home department against a vacant post.

Additional deputy commissioner (General) Multan Rizwan Nazir has been transferred and directed to report to the S&GAD for further orders.

Mianwali Additional deputy commissioner (revenue) Syed Nazarat Ali has been entrusted with the additional charge of the post of DC Mianwali in addition to his own duties for a period of three months or till the posting of a regular incumbent, whichever falls earlier.

ADC (revenue) Khushab Naveed Ahmad has been entrusted the additional charge of the post of DC Khushab in addition to his own duties for a period of three months or till the posting of a regular incumbent, whichever falls earlier.

ADC (headquarters) Multan Akhlaq Ahmad Khan has been entrusted with the additional charge of the post of DC Multan in addition to his own duties for a period of three months or till the posting of a regular incumbent, whichever falls earlier.
