KARACHI: Two men were killed and another was wounded in a traffic accident on Sharea Faisal on Sunday morning, police said.

A traffic police official said that the driver of a fast-moving car suddenly applied brakes near Karsaz Mor on Sharea Faisal and as a result two other cars rammed each other and hit the first vehicle from behind.

Two young persons, identified as Irtaza Husain, 23, and Rafay Faisal, 22, died on the spot. The third one suffered serious injuries and was shifted to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre, where his condition was stated to be out of danger.
