Bollywood actor Aditi Rao Hydari ups her style game in Pakistani designer Shehla Chatoor

The Ajeeb Dastaans actor stunned in a glamorous rose gold ensemble.

While Faraz Manan is the most prominent Pakistani designer regularly worn by A-List Bollywood celebrities, he's definitely not the only one. Designer Shehla Chatoor has Bollywood clientele as well and case in point is Indian actor Aditi Rao Hydari who wore a stunning ensemble made by the designer.

Shehla Chatoor's Instagram shared pictures of the Ajeeb Dastaans actor wearing a glamorous rose gold ensemble for a campaign for the fashion house."Multi-talented actress and iconic beauty, Aditi Rao Hydari exudes timeless elegance and resplendent glamour in timeless Shehla Chatoor Heirloom Couture," read the caption.

The fashion house shared not just one but two pictures from the photoshoot.

We're digging the minimal accessorising here, as well as that gorgeous bun accentuated by red flowers. Brides seeking a more contemporary look on their big day can take inspiration from Hydari's look. When Images spoke to Chatoor in 2015, she talked about how a Shehla Chatoor bride is "someone who respects tradition with a contemporary twist".

The last Bollywood actor we saw donning a Pakistani designer was Shah Rukh Khan who wore Faraz Manan in a Diwali advertisement for Cadbury in 2021. Lahore-based designer Mohsin Naveed Ranjha similarly dressed actor Ranveer Singh for the veritable Filmfare magazine in 2018.

Was Aditi donning her for herself or was she hired by Shehla Chatoor for her campaign?

Pakistani designers are way ahead in the business of observing a model's highlights and exploiting it. Keep it up!

Modi must let talent come from everywhere or else Bollywood will become average like Hollywood, let our designers teach you a few things.

@Multani That means to be great in Pakistan there should be some connection with India. Subconscious obsession with any thing India

Are we tailors for Indians now? They don't even allow our actors to visit or work in India, but use our talent in music and fashion when it's to their advantage. We need to stop serving them.

@Tadka jealous, it's the dress making her look nice, Pakistani girls are 100 times better looking than Indians, even they know.

@Multani It's best if Bollywood closes as my Indian friends say and want. Too much drugs, sex and hypocrisy in there. Better it closes.
