KARACHI: The pair of Aahil Shah and Kaif Riaz overcame the duo of Mohsin Sarwar and Atta Abbas 3-2 in a fully stretched semi-final to advance into the men’s doubles final of the eighth Prof Dr Essa Mohammad Abdullah Ranking Table Tennis Tournament here at the Sindh Sports Board (SSB) Sports Complex on Monday.

Aahil and Kaif were home 8-11, 9-11, 11-8, 11-4, 11-7 against their opponents to set a date with Saim Adnan and Arsalan Alvi who outplayed the Shahmeer Elahi-Saeed Haider duo 11-2, 11-8, 11-6 in the other semi-final.
