CHAGAI: Senate Chairman Mohammad Sadiq Sanjrani has said that Prime Minister Imran Khan is playing a key role in the development of Balochistan, adding that he has ensured release of Rs20 billion for several development projects, including major roads, in Chagai.

Speaking at a public meeting at Charsar Sasoli Garh area in Chagai on Wednesday, the Senate chairman said that on his special request, the prime minister had ensured release of Rs20 billion for several road and other development projects in Chagai for the first time in the history.

Sardar Changaiz Sasoli, along with several tribal elders, welcomed Mr Sanjrani when he arrived in the area.

“We would demand more mega projects in the area when the prime minister comes here,” he said.
