QUETTA: Rich, productive and high grade fluorite deposits have been discovered in Dilband area, about 700 miles south of Kolpur Railway Station in Kalat District of Baluchistan. Competent sources said the geological survey carried out so far has established existence of millions of tons of fluorite spread in about 100 square miles area.

The exact amount of deposits would be known when the geological investigation of the entire area, now in hand, is completed. The sources indicated that the Dilband deposits were much more rich and productive than the two million tons of fluorite established few years back in Koh-i-Maran area, also in Kalat district. … — Agencies

Mr Bhutto’s meeting with President Yahya Khan is considered significant and discussions may cover all relevant aspects — constitutional, economic and political.

The inclusion of constitutional and legal advisers picked [by] Mr Bhutto for closed-door consultations yesterday … suggested that Mr Bhutto would like to discuss with President Yahya Khan the question of the transfer of power from all its relevant standpoints.
