Karachi varsity student shot dead in Kech

GWADAR: A young man was shot dead in Kech district on Monday.

Levies said 22-year-old Yasir Zafar, who was a student of Geology Department of Karachi University (KU), was called by some people out of his home.

He had returned to his village a few days ago to celebrate Eid. Family sources said that Yasir’s body was found near his house.

He was a resident of Silo, tehsil Buleda of Kech district.

Levies personnel took the body to Kech district hospital for autopsy.

Hospital officials said that bullet wounds were found in his body.

Levies officials were conducting investigation. No one has claimed responsibility for the killing.
