KARACHI: Yaum Al Quds was observed on Friday, Jumatul Wida, in the metropolis and other parts of Sindh like elsewhere in the world to express solidarity with oppressed Palestinians.

According to a statement, Majlis Wahdatul Muslimeen celebrated Al Quds Day which was attended by youth and people from all walks of life. After Juma prayers protests against USA, Israel and India were held in all cities of Sindh where participants held aloft placards and banners slamming violence against Palestinians and Kashmiris.

Protesters vowed to keep supporting struggle for the liberation of the first Qibla. Protesters expressed their solidarity with Palestinian and Kashmiri people and chanted slogans against the US, Israel and India.

Speaking outside Jama Masjid Noor-i-Iman Allama Baqir Abbas Zaidi said the liberty of Palestine and Kashmir is a fundamental stand of Pakistan and “we will never give up this stand till independence of ... both regions”.
