KARACHI: The Annual General Meeting of Bank AL Habib Limited (BAHL) was held on Thursday, a press release said.

Deposits of the bank as on Dec 31, 2020 were Rs1.01 trillion and profit after tax (PAT) was Rs17.8 billion. Shareholders approved the Annual Accounts for the year ended Dec 31, 2020, and a final cash dividend of 45 per cent.

Highnoon posts Rs1.42bn PAT

KARACHI: Highnoon Laboratories Limited on Thursday announced financial results for the year ended Dec 31, 2020 with PAT at Rs1.42 billion and earnings per share (EPS) at Rs41.04.

The results show a growth of 46 per cent from PAT at Rs971 million and EPS at Rs28.05 earned in 2019. The company announced final cash dividend at Rs15 per share along with bonus shares at 10pc, equivalent to 10 shares for every 100 shares held.

RIC posts PAT at Rs68.5m

KARACHI: Reliance Insurance Company (RIC) on Thursday declared results for the year ended Dec 31, 2020, posting PAT at Rs68.5m and EPS at Rs1.22. It compared with PAT at Rs71.2m and EPS at Rs1.27 the previous year. The RIC board recommended bonus shares at 7.50pc in the proportion of 7.5 shares for every 100 shares held.
