KARACHI, Jan 21: The ICI Pakistan Limited has notified that Munnawar Hamid has retired on December 31, 2001.

He will, however, continue to be a director and the non-executive chairman of the company until next annual general meeting (AGM) in April 2002, says a press release issued by the company.
