Dengue cases

KARACHI: At least 573 dengue cases surfaced across Sindh from December 1 to 27th, out of which 542 were recorded in Karachi alone.

The cases were reported by the Vector Borne Diseases Department of Directorate General Health Services, Sindh.

In Karachi, district East was on top with 169 dengue cases this month so far followed by district South, Central, Korangi, West and Malir.

Dengue fever has claimed two lives in Karachi till date.
