THIS is with reference to the letter ‘PTCL support staff’ (Nov 19). The Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited has taken notice of the grievances and regrets the inconvenience caused. The support staff will ensure resolution of the issues in a prompt manner.
We take pride in our customer service team which has been trained to provide assistance to the customers. In case of any complaint, PTCL helpline 1218 is available 24/7, where the customers can talk to customer support representatives.
Further, the PTCL website www.ptcl.com.pk, web-chat, Touch-App or social media platforms, such as Facebook and Twitter, can be used for registering and tracking one’s complaints.
