ISLAMABAD: Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Mohammad Aamir Zulfiqar Khan on Wednesday directed senior police officers to hold an ‘Ardal room’ every week so police officials can share their problems

The direction came after such a meeting was held, where 20 officials appeared and asked the IGP to address their professional and personnelissues.

Mr Khan issued directions to resolve their problems immediately. Deputy inspector general of police (headquarters) and assistant inspector general of police (establishment) were also present.

He assured that personnel issues would be resolved and immediate directions were issued to resolve problems facing them during the performance of their professional duties.
