RAWALPINDI: An abandoned newborn baby, who was found near a nullah in Harley Street on Friday morning, was adopted by the family who spotted her there.
According to police and rescue services, the baby was spotted lying on the bank of a nullah early in the morning and police was called to the spot immediately.
She was shifted to District Headquarters Hospital where doctors examined her and provided her with aid; she was taken home later by the same family that found her.
