AFTER the merger of the Warid network with Mobilink, the quality of services of the Warid network has tremendously dropped. A redressal of the issues being faced by customers has become impossible. I have been personally facing a problem of wrong and overcharging on Postpaid connection for the last six months.

I took up the matter with Business Support services through emails in March, but unfortunately they did not resolve the issue. My query was simple. I am using 750 package, out of which 450 minutes are free from Warid to Warid and 300 minutes on the off net network. Principally I should be charged for overshooting my entitlement but I am being charged even while remaining within my entitlement.

I have took up the matter for the billing month of June but the staff dealing with business support services are not ready to understand and resolve this simple issue.

The Jazz head office in Lahore gave me the number of the billing manager, but despite my multiple calls and even leaving a message, he has not bothered to return my calls.

This is quite disturbing speaks of the volumes of the irresponsibility of the concerned staff. Is there somebody sitting in the hierarchy who could take notice of problems being faced by the customers?
