LAHORE: Three motorcyclists were killed while another was injured when a mini truck hit them at Bati Chowk on Ravi Road on Wednesday.

According to Rescue 1122, four people were going on two motorcycles when a mini truck hit them near Metro stop on Ravi Road. The motorcyclists lost their balance, fell on the road and crushed under the wheels of the truck.

The victims were taken to the Mayo Hospital where three of them yet to be identified were received dead. The condition of the fourth person, identified as Imran, 38, was critical.

The truck driver fled the scene after leaving the vehicle.
