APROPOS the letter (May 28). The staff of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited have investigated the matter. They learnt that the courier service delivered the bill to a neighbouring shop as the clinic was closed. However, the bill has now been delivered to the customer’s residence on priority. We regret the inconvenience caused.

The PTCL would like to inform the public that subscribers can also receive bills through SMS and email. Customers can even download their digital bill through PTCL website: www.ptcl.com.pk/paybill

In case of complaints, customers can dial its 24-hour helpline 1218 for timely response.
