"Lockdown" to "No lockdown"...graphically it creates a perfect U...as in U-turn...that in a nutshell is PM IK! Bouncers of talk & talk...No wickets yet!

The cartoon reflects only the thinking of the urban inhabitants away from the very different rustic reality, that the PM has to to consider, also.

And the lockdown figure is on the right side which shows what the cartoonist would prefer... what isn’t clear is whether he or she prefers a lockdown to bring the government down or whether there is genuine concern for the poor people of Pakistan?

Give the guy a break, there is only so much he can do - it all depends on whether Pakistani society are able to adhere to taking the right precautions in order to stem the spread of this virus.
